Provider and scope
These terms govern online requests, contracts and payments for services supplied by Holotropica S.L., tax identification number B53977468, Calle Juana Francés 2, bungalow 10, 03540 Alicante, Spain. Contact: info@holotropica.org and +34 607 302 727. They apply to private payment links and any contracting process offered through the sites.
Services and information before payment
Services for adults may include individual, couples or group psychotherapy, professional supervision and other activities expressly described before purchase. Services may be in person or remote. The specific service, professional, date or coordination method, delivery format and total price communicated before payment form part of the contract.
Psychological services subject to professional registration are provided exclusively by María Magdalena Blasco Pérez, psychologist, registration number CV06290 with the Col·legi Oficial de Psicologia de la Comunitat Valenciana. The information supplied before payment will identify the service and confirm the professional providing it.
Before any payment obligation arises, the customer will receive clear information about the main characteristics, total price and applicable tax treatment, payment method, relevant terms and the identity of Holotropica S.L.
Contracting and confirmation
Holotropica S.L. normally identifies the agreed service and sends a private payment link. The customer reviews the item and amount, accepts the applicable terms, activates a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay, completes payment in the BBVA and Redsys environment, and receives or can obtain confirmation on a durable medium. The customer should not pay a link they do not recognise and should contact Holotropica S.L. if any information is incorrect.
Price, invoice and secure payment
The final price is the amount displayed and communicated before confirmation. It includes applicable taxes or states the relevant tax treatment. Invoices are issued using the information provided. Payment methods may include card or Bizum. Holotropica S.L. will never request full card details, security codes, bank passwords or authentication codes by email, telephone or messaging.
Delivery and remote sessions
The format, date, time and professional are agreed for each service. For remote sessions, the customer needs a suitable device, sufficient connection and a private environment. If a technical incident prevents the session, the parties will coordinate the appropriate solution under the circumstances and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancellations, refunds and withdrawal
Cancellations, appointment changes, refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal are governed by Holotropica S.L. Cancellation and Refund Policy. That policy will be provided before payment and forms part of the contract. Where a consumer asks for a service to begin during the statutory withdrawal period, the legally required express request and information will be obtained. Withdrawal is lost after full performance only where all legal requirements are met.
Customer duties and urgent situations
Customers must provide accurate information, review the payment details, keep private links and credentials confidential, respect confidentiality in group activities and communicate accessibility needs. The website, email, WhatsApp and payment portal are not continuously monitored emergency channels. In an urgent or immediately dangerous situation, call 112 or the relevant emergency service.
Liability, complaints and law
Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights. Complaints may be sent to info@holotropica.org or the postal address above. Consumers may use the competent public consumer authorities and any applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
Spanish law applies. Courts are determined by applicable jurisdiction rules and mandatory consumer forums remain unaffected. Spanish and English versions may be provided; if there is an interpretive difference, the Spanish version prevails without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
