Sitara Blasco

Sitara is a psychologist and a senior member of the international faculty at Grof Transpersonal Training. She holds a Master’s degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Integrative Clinical Psychology and advanced training in Claudio Naranjo’s SAT Program. Her diverse expertise also encompasses shamanism, theater, and clown arts.

She has organized Grof Transpersonal Training in Spain for over twenty years, working alongside Juanjo Segura. She teaches regularly the theory and practice of Holotropic Breathwork and facilitates workshops nationally and internationally. She is passionate about training facilitators to support others through transformative processes from a Holotropic perspective.

Sitara is based in Alicante, where she provides psychological services. She offers both in-person and online therapy sessions in English and Spanish.
