Holotropic Breathwork is one of the most powerful and effective techniques of experiential psychotherapy and deep self-exploration existing within Transpersonal Psychology. Its purpose is to achieve greater self-understanding, expansion of self-identity and facilitate access to the roots of emotional and psychosomatic problems. The word holotropic suggests the overcoming of internal fragmentation, as well as the sense of separation between the individual and the environment.
It is usually done in groups. Holotropic Breathwork workshops are offered for one day and also for one week.
