Group Psychotherapy

Group therapy is a type of psychotherapy that is carried out by bringing together several people who tell and comment on their experiences under the guidance of a therapist.

It is performed in small groups of 6-8 people. With 2 hour sessions and a weekly or biweekly frequency.

It is necessary to have a previous interview with the therapist before being included in a therapy group.

Each session lasts approximately 120 minutes.
